Beginning Stained Glass Class

Here is a chance for you to learn a centuries old skill that encompasses time and beauty. In this stained glass class, you will learn the copper foil technique by creating two projects in the four week course. Your first project will be a simple suncatcher heart and the second is a 10”x12” beveled panel featuring a sandblasted design and your choice of colors. A portion of the first week of class will be spent trying different styles of glass cutters to fit your comfort level. If you have your own glass cutter, please bring it with you, but if you do not, this tool can be purchased during the first week of class.

Additional fees for the class are a $10 tool rental, if you do not have your own tools; a $15 material fee for foil, solder, and channel; and approximately $18-$35 for bevels and glass for the second project.
